The privacy of your personal and non-personal information is afforded the highest level of importance by Pentabit Labs.

This Privacy Policy informs you of your choices and our practices regarding any information you provide to us. Your continued use of our products and services constitutes your acceptance to this Privacy Policy and any updates. If you don’t agree with any provisions in this policy, please stop using our products and services.

We may from time to time revise or add specific instructions, policies and terms to this Privacy Policy. These instructions, policies and terms from part of this Privacy Policy. Whenever we make any changes to this Privacy Policy that are important for you to know about, we will notify you email or other means before the changes become effective.

Information Collection

We collect information from you when you use our Apps – for example, when you:

  • Use Game /App
  • Communicate with us.

The remainder of this Privacy Policy sets out further information regarding some of these categories.

We collect information from and about you through your use of Game/App. For example, we may collect Personal Information with via the following:

  • Information you make available to us when you open an account, as set out above;
  • Information we collect in the course of you using app/game – such as certain location data and log data;
  • Information you provide through your communications with our customer support team.

Location Data, Log Data and your device.

We automatically collects Log Data from your device to enable and assist apps functionalities. In addition, you may also permit to access other content and data on your device – for example, your contact list and photo storage.

Phone Number
We may collect your phone number in the following circumstances:

  • When you register or verify your account (if applicable)
  • When you contact our support team and provide it voluntarily
  • When required by specific app features, such as SIM-based customization or contact-based services

Your phone number is used solely for the purposes of account-related communication, app feature functionality, or customer support, and is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. It is stored securely and handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

Device Identifiers
We may collect or allow third-party services to collect device identifiers, such as your device’s Android Advertising ID, IMEI, or other unique identifiers.

This information is used for:

  • Displaying personalized or contextual ads
  • Analytics and user engagement tracking
  • Detecting fraud and preventing abuse
  • Improving app performance and stability

These identifiers may be accessed or shared with trusted third-party service providers such as ad networks and analytics partners (e.g., Google AdMob, AppLovin, UnityAds, Facebook Audience Network) in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

You can reset or limit tracking via your device settings:

  • Android: Settings > Privacy > Ads > “Reset advertising ID” or “Delete advertising ID”

Legal Basis for Processing
Where applicable, we process your personal data based on the following legal grounds:

  • Your consent (e.g., for personalized advertising or optional app features);
  • Performance of a contract (e.g., account creation or customer support);
  • Our legitimate interests (e.g., improving app functionality, preventing fraud), where such interests are not overridden by your data protection rights.

Ads

We use third parties for Advertisements. The tools we use are as follows.

  • ironSource
  • AppLovin
  • Facebook Audience
  • Network

These ad partners may collect and use data such as your device ID, location (if permission granted), and app usage behavior. Please refer to their privacy policies for more.

Sharing of Information

Other than as permitted under this Privacy Policy or as otherwise consented by you, we commit that we will not sell your personal information to any other third parties for their processing for any purposes.

Please note that for the purposes of seeking to provide our users with a better experience, to improve our products, services, content, and advertising or otherwise where you have consented, we may share this personal information with our affiliate companies and with joint venture partners and third party service providers, contractors and agents, and use it consistent with this Privacy Policy. We may also combine it with other information. You are required to provide the personal information that we have requested, but, if you chose not to do so, in some cases we will not be able to provide you with our products or services or respond to any queries you may have.

We will never share with or sell the information gained through the use of Game/App, such as age, weight and heart rate data, to advertisers or other agencies without your authorization. We will also never use the information for marketing, advertising or similar services.

California residents have the right to request information about the categories of personal data we share, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.

We shall not transfer or disclose your personal information to any non-affiliated third parties, unless:

Updating, Modifying Or Examining Your Information

When you use our products and services, you will be required to provide your true personal information. You should be responsible for the truthfulness, legality, validity and completeness of the information you provide, and update and maintain your personal information in a timely manner to ensure the truthfulness, validity and validity of the information. You can manage your personal information at any time, such as your personal account registration information.

We will modify or delete the information according to your request.

Opt-Out of Data Sharing, Sale, and Profiling

– Android: Go to Settings > Privacy > Ads > “Delete advertising ID” or “Opt out of Ads Personalization.
– iOS: Go to Settings > Privacy > Tracking, then disable “Allow Apps to Request to Track.

If you are a resident of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, or Utah, you may also designate an authorized agent to make this request on your behalf.

We will respond to verified requests within the timeframes required by applicable privacy laws.

We also recognize Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals from supported browsers and treat them as valid opt-out requests where required by applicable law.

We honor GPC signals automatically without requiring you to separately submit an email request.

Your Rights Regarding Personal Data
Depending on your location and applicable privacy laws, you may have certain rights regarding your personal data. These rights may include the following:

  • Right to Access: You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you and obtain a copy of it.
  • Right to Correction (Rectification): You can request that we correct any incomplete or inaccurate information we hold about you.

Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you are entitled to certain rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). These laws provide you with the right to:

Your Virginia Privacy Rights (VCDPA)
If you are a resident of Virginia, the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA) grants you the following rights regarding your personal data:

If we deny your request, you have the right to appeal our decision. To initiate an appeal, reply to our denial email or contact us again using the same contact method, and indicate that you are appealing the decision. We will respond within the timeframes required by law.

We conduct internal data protection impact assessments (DPIAs) for certain types of data processing activities, including profiling and targeted advertising, as required under applicable data protection laws.

We will respond to your request within 45 days, and may extend this period by an additional 45 days where necessary, in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

Similar rights may apply if you reside in other U.S. states such as Colorado, Connecticut, or Utah.

Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

Specifically:

  • Account-related data is retained as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services.
  • Usage data, log files, and analytics data are retained for internal analysis purposes. This data is generally retained for a shorter period, except when it is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our services.
  • If you contact our support team, we may retain the communication history for record-keeping and customer service improvements.

Once the data is no longer needed for the stated purposes, we securely delete or anonymize it.

Applications

Our Privacy Policy does not apply to products and services provided by third parties, such as products and services provided by third parties on the App/Game, and other websites linked to in our services. Products, services, or websites will be regulated by an independent Privacy Policy. Please check the appropriate Privacy Policy.

For companies and organizations that advertise for our services and may use our log information to place and use advertising, our Privacy Policy does not cover its information policy.

As for the apps that particularly require you to use your device camera, we want to assure you that we do not collect or retain any personal information from our users. Your privacy is important to us, and we are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of any data associated with our services.Here’s how it works:

Collection of Face Data

When using our app’s editor feature, you may capture and save an image of your face using your device’s camera. This face data is collected solely for editing within the app and is not used for any other purpose.

Use of Face Data

The face data collected from our users is used exclusively for the editing feature within our app. We do not use the face data for any other purpose, including but not limited to identification, tracking, or profiling.

Sharing with Third Parties

We do not share the collected face data with any third parties. Your face data remains confidential and is not disclosed externally under any circumstances.

Storage and Retention of Face Data

We do not retain face data within the app. The data is solely stored within your local storage in case you intend to utilize it for future editing purposes.

In addition to this Privacy Policy, we maintain a Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) Policy that outlines our procedures for preventing, detecting, and reporting CSAE content or activities.
